/n Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
/n Provide accurate information about products and services.
/n Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.




/n Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
/n Build strong relationships with customers by delivering quality service.

/n Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.

/n /n Qualifications: /n /n Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

/n Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
/n Good communication and interpersonal skills.
