This role is focused on:· Patient communication & education· Diagnosis & treatment planning· Clinic coordination & management· Consultant scheduling & coordinationKey Responsibilities· Screen and diagnose patient cases accurately· Explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically· Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with front office· Maintain patient records in practice management software· Coordinate with specialist consultants after case screening· Track pending treatments, reviews, feedbacks, and appointments· Assist in managing clinic workflow and daily operations· Monitor inventory and clinic coordination activitiesClinical Skills Required· Scaling & polishing· Composite fillings· Intraoral scanningRequirements· Minimum 1 year of work experience in private dental practice· Good communication and diagnostic skills· Empathetic and professional attitude towards patients· Strong organizational and coordination ability· Basic computer knowledge· Magnification loupes while working on patients Salary· 30,000 – 35,000 per month · Performance-based incentivesGrowth OpportunityIdeal role for dentists interested in:Treatment coordination Clinic operations Leadership & management roles ?
