Position

Customer Support Executive – Chat & Voice

Location: Hubballi, Karnataka

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

️ Languages: English + Hindi + Kannada preferred

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and voice





• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

• Resolve issues professionally and within the required time

• Follow up with customers when required

• Maintain customer interaction records

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

• Maintain chat and voice support quality standards

Requirements

• Any Degree

• Valuable communication skills

• Comfortable with both chat and voice support

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-friendly attitude

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a startup setting

• Freshers are welcome to apply
