Job Summary

- We are seeking a Jira Service Management Administrator with around 3 years of experience to administer configure and support Jira Service Management The role requires strong JSM admin skills solid understanding of ITIL processes and experience with REST APIbased integrations and data imports
- Required Qualifications
- 48 years in Jira ecosystem administration or delivery roles JiraJSM 2 years handson with Jira Service Management
- Strong experience configuring workflows SLAs request types queues automations permissions and portal experiences
- Working knowledge of ITILITSM practices and ability to translate process into tooling
- Ability to troubleshoot platform issues using logsconfig analysis as applicable and structured rootcause approaches
- Robust communication skills able to align technical implementation with business needs

Technical Skills Must Have

- Migrate from BMC to JSM ITSM solution
- Build the request catalog including automation and leveraging Assets for it
- Administer and configure Jira Service Management projects workflows request types queues SLAs




- Design and manage portals Customer experience and knowledge base integration Confluence
- Support ITIL aligned processes Incident Request Problem Change
- Perform data imports and migrations using CSV and native Jira tools
- Support and maintain integrations using REST APIs and JSON
- Provide operational support documentation and basic user guidance
- Jira Service Management configuration Cloud or Data Center
- Jira administration concepts schemes permissions roles workflows fields
- Automation rules and operational reportingdashboards
- Integrations using APIswebhooks basic to advanced depending on level
- Confluence knowledge management integration

- JSM Assets Insight Assets design and CMDB modeling
- Scriptingcustomization tools eg Script Runnerwhere applicable
