The ideal candidate will be a confident and extroverted professional who can provide dedicated, high-level support to the CEO while contributing to the growth and expansion of our company across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities: Must be emotionally mature, versatile to Handle both professional & personal tasks

Highly organized in Managing calendar, appointments, and email correspondence.
Schedule meetings and take notes during team calls.
Assist with research, reporting, and organizing information.
Manage and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Communicate with clients, partners, or service providers as needed.
Handling Personal errands and family tasks.
Handle travelling & itinerary and must be open for travelling with boss.
Handle team,



reports and assign tasks.
Event Planning & Lifestyle Management.

Travel with boss. (Domestic or local)

Qualifications:

1. 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Proficient with remote tools

Exposure of International Market will be an add-on.
