About the Role

Won Motors an automotive accessories and car-care brand under Won Motors, is looking for a proactive B2B Linked In Growth & Business Development Executive.

This role combines Linked In content management, B2B lead generation, client communication and meeting coordination.

Responsibilities
Manage Linked In content, including qualified posts, carousels, blogs and B2B-focused updates
Research and connect with potential B2B customers such as automotive dealers, distributors, fleet operators and corporate buyers
Handle Linked In outreach, connection requests and follow-ups
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
Handle initial client calls and arrange meetings with qualified prospects
Maintain lead sheets or CRM and update prospect status regularly
Support market research and competitor analysis

Track weekly metrics,



including leads generated, calls completed and meetings booked

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, Linked In lead generation or client servicing
Good English communication and professional writing skills
Confident in handling client calls and coordinating meetings
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools
Strong follow-up, organisational and relationship-building skills
Interest in the automotive industry is an advantage
