/n Shift: USA Hours – 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST

/n Compensation: Based on experience & skill assessment (2.8LPA-3.6LPA)

/n Role Overview

/n We are looking for Junior Accountants to manage and maintain the books of accounts for US-based clients. This is a core execution role where you will work closely with senior accountants and client managers to ensure accuracy, timeliness and high-quality delivery.





/n You will primarily work on Quick Books along with other leading international accounting platforms.

/n Key Responsibilities

/n As a Junior Accountant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: /n /n Maintaining client books of accounts for US-based businesses.

/n Passing and reviewing Bank and Credit Card entries and performing Bank Reconciliations.
/n Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) entries.
/n Preparing financial reports as per individual client requirements.
/n Assisting in preparation of financial statements and reporting, which will be a major part of your daily work.
/n Using MS Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting, analysis and documentation.

/n /n You will be trained and guided, but you will also be expected to take ownership and responsibility for the books you handle.

/n Tools & Software You'll Work On
/n /n Primary: Quick Books (Online & Desktop)

/n Others (as per client needs): Xero, Sage, Yardi, App Folio, Buildium, etc.

/n /n Don't worry if you haven't used all of these already, we provide structured training to help you become confident on the required platforms.

/n Eligibility & Qualifications
/n /n Education: /n B. Com / M. Com / CA Intermediate

/n Experience: /n 1–2 years of experience (Accounting/Bookkeeping experience preferred)

/n Prior experience in US Accounting / US Bookkeeping is an added advantage

/n /n Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who are seeking long-term personal and professional growth with the organization.

/n Skills & Prerequisites

/n You're a strong fit if you have: /n /n Awareness of basic accountancy terminology.





/n Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
/n Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel (formulas, filters, basic analysis).
/n The ability to read, write and understand English clearly.

/n Exposure or experience in Financial Reporting & Analytical procedures.
