About the company- Unnity is a digital marketing agency that helps brands scale through performance-driven strategies We specialize in Google Ads Meta Ads Shopify growth We re looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns and driving real impact We re hiring a Project Coordinator to ensure projects run smoothly deadlines are met and communication flows effectively You ll be the bridge between clients developers and the content tech teams keeping everything aligned and delivered on time This role demands organization proactive problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities across developers UI UX designers and content teams Manage client interactions gather requirements clarify needs and ensure smooth handoff to the development team Track project progress ensure timelines are met and raise risks or blockers early Facilitate communication between clients managers and internal teams for smooth delivery Translate technical blockers into transparent actionable points for clients and stakeholders Review UI UX inputs and ensure requirements are aligned with client expectations Support QA testing and deployment readiness when required Actively maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing resources Be proactive for website work self-driven to follow up with clients gather requirements and ensure they are deployed correctly by developers Push projects to closure ensure designs from Figma and other inputs are correctly translated into deployed websites or products Qualifications B Tech or tech-related graduates preferred Must have prior experience working with developers and coordinating tech deliverables 6 months of coordination tech support project management experience Strong understanding of UI UX workflows with some experience using Figma Excellent communication follow-up and problem-solving skills Comfortable with project management tools and basic tech workflows A design sense is a big plus helping ensure client expectations are translated into final deployed designs What We Offer Hands-on ownership of projects with high visibility Mentorship and guidance to grow into a stronger PM Coordinator role Exposure to diverse fast-moving projects with real impact A proactive problem-solving work culture where your initiative is valued Office Location- Netaji Subhash Place New Delhi Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 11 504 69 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
