Key Responsibilities Handle project coordination which includes installation and termination of the DDC sensors field devices with necessary cable containment conduit trunking Cold loop and hot loop testing of controller communication various IO points for all the sensors field devices damper actuators etc Point test and functional test to work together with graphics and programming team Project handover and training to operation maintenance team As built documentation operation and maintenance manual To succeed in this role you must have Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering preferably with knowledge of building automation systems Minimum 3 years experience in building management system with experience in BACnet Modbus M-Bus of ACMV system and all the other building system verticals BMS practical work experience understanding ACMV system electrical equipment involved in various system installation and commissioning process Possess strong written communication skills required for the documentation related to building management system Knowledge of building automation systems Committed responsible and able to work independently Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly Located in either Mumbai or Pune The selected candidate would be required to travel within India to carry out routine checks and maintenance of the systems Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 850 000 00 per year Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Performance bonus
