Job Summary The Logistic Manager will oversee the end-to-end logistics operations of the company ensuring effective transportation storage and distribution of goods The role involves planning coordinating and supervising all logistics activities while optimizing costs and ensuring timely delivery Key Responsibilities Transportation Management Coordinate and manage fleet operations including loading and unloading of goods Schedule and monitor the movement of vehicles to ensure timely deliveries Inventory Warehouse Management Oversee inventory control and storage management in warehouses Maintain accurate stock records and ensure minimal loss damage Team Management Supervise warehouse staff drivers and support teams Conduct training and performance evaluations to maintain productivity Vendor Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with suppliers transporters and vendors for smooth operations Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies Reporting Documentation Prepare daily weekly monthly logistics reports Maintain records of shipments deliveries and vehicle maintenance Operational Optimization Plan routes and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs Implement strategies for process improvement and efficiency Qualifications Experience Graduate in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or related field 3-8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management Knowledge of transportation and warehouse management systems Skills Required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Leadership and team management capability Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
