We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day warehousing logistics and delivery-related activities The role involves smooth coordination timely stock movement and effective communication with suppliers transport partners warehouses and clients to ensure seamless operations The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations warehousing logistics coordination or supply chain processes along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Key Responsibilities Stock Dispatch Coordination Coordinate receipt of stock from suppliers and manage dispatches from partner warehouses Track dispatch and delivery timelines and ensure on-time completion Issue Resolution Work with transporters warehouses and clients to resolve delivery issues delays or stock rejections Communication Stakeholder Handling Act as a point of contact between suppliers warehouse partners transport vendors and clients Ensure smooth operational communication and follow-ups Operational Support Support daily warehouse and logistics activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners Assist in monitoring daily workflow and identifying operational challenges Documentation Reporting Maintain basic documentation related to dispatches returns and client acknowledgements Prepare simple reports for internal review when required Skills Requirements 2-3 years of experience in operations logistics coordination warehouse support or supply chain Robust communication skills in English and Hindi Good understanding of basic warehousing and logistics processes Strong coordination and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask prioritise and handle operational challenges High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Willingness to travel locally to supplier warehouse or client sites when necessary Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Calicut Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Do you have fluid communication in English Will you be able to handle North Indian clients despite the language barrier Experience Warehouse 1 year Required Language English Required Work Location In person
