Job Profile Liaisoning Agent - Civil Hospital InfrastructurePosition Summary The Liaisoning Agent will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities hospital administration contractors and consultants for smooth execution of civil infrastructure projects in hospitals The role requires maintaining compliance with statutory regulations facilitating approvals and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders Key Responsibilities Government Regulatory Approvals Obtain necessary approvals clearances and NOCs from municipal bodies health departments PWD fire and pollution boards Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications documents and compliance reports Hospital Project Coordination Act as a point of contact between hospital authorities government officials and project contractors Address site-level issues related to permissions inspections and compliance Ensure hospital infrastructure projects align with government norms and hospital requirements Documentation Compliance Maintain proper records of correspondence permits licenses and agreements Monitor statutory compliance related to civil construction safety and healthcare infrastructure norms Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with key officials and hospital administrators Facilitate smooth communication and conflict resolution between government departments contractors and hospital management Project Support Assist in site inspections audits and visits by regulatory authorities Provide timely updates to senior management regarding project status approvals and compliance issues Skills Competencies Strong networking and relationship management with government departments Positive knowledge of hospital infrastructure norms building by-laws and civil construction processes Excellent communication negotiation and follow-up skills Ability to handle documentation and regulatory compliance Problem-solving and coordination ability under pressure Qualifications Graduate preferably in Civil Engineering Public Administration or related field Prior experience in liaisoning roles with hospitals healthcare projects or government infrastructure works preferred Familiarity with healthcare regulations and civil construction approvals is an advantage Work Location Based at project site hospital location with regular visits to government offices Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
