Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective transportation of freight Freight Negotiation Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to secure competitive pricing for shipping services while meeting customer needs Load Coordination Coordinate the scheduling of freight pickups and deliveries ensuring timely and accurate shipments Tracking Monitoring Monitor and track shipments keeping customers updated on the status of their goods Problem Resolution Resolve any issues that arise during transit including delays damages or disputes in a professional and timely manner Documentation Compliance Ensure all shipments meet legal and regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records for all transactions including contracts invoices and delivery confirmations Market Research Stay informed about trends in the logistics and freight industries including changes in regulations new carriers and cost fluctuations Sales Business Development Identify and pursue recent business opportunities including prospecting potential clients and growing the existing customer base Experience Previous experience in freight brokerage logistics or transportation is preferred but not required Job Type Full-time Pay 20 475 85 - 40 511 41 per month Work Location In person
