Festivals from India is hiring on behalf the PCPA Prestige Centre for Performing Arts for the position of Senior Manager - Production The candidate will be responsible for planning managing and executing the technical and logistical elements of live productions shows and events at the Centre This includes developing and maintaining SOPs for event production and coordinating with artists technical staff and vendors to ensure high-quality productions that meet artistic and safety standards About the PCPA Prestige Centre for Performing Arts is a premier cultural institution dedicated to promoting and nurturing the performing arts in India We curate innovative diverse and high-quality artistic experiences for audiences while supporting emerging and established artists across various disciplines Please note The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment Festivals from India is hiring for this role on behalf of PCPA This is an on-site full-time position based in Bengaluru Salary band for this role is available upon request Requirements Essential Experience Bachelor s degree in Theatre Production Technical Theatre Event Management or a related field Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production management preferably in a performing arts venue or live events Robust knowledge of stagecraft lighting sound rigging and production logistics Proven experience in managing budgets schedules and large production teams Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask Familiarity with health and safety standards in live production environments Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required by production schedules Preferred Skills Proficiency in industry-standard production software and tools Experience working with national and international artists and production teams Knowledge of Indian and international performing arts traditions Ability to communicate in English and Kannada and preferably also in Hindi
