Job Summary At Eaton we are accelerating our digital transformation by modernizing our use of information and data applications We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our Information Technology team This role involves overseeing product and software development teams ensuring they follow Agile practices and the Scrum framework The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible and accountable for planning and delivery driving servant leadership to increase team efficiency and providing motivation and guidance for process improvement You will work directly with Product Owners engineers and other team members to execute the product roadmap guide the product development lifecycle create user stories and manage the product backlog Additionally this role will support the modernization strategy roadmap and implementation of data and application integration technology with a cloud-first approach when necessary You will engage in business and technical discussions present solutuons to stakeholders and support Eaton s data mesh strategy This position offers a unique opportunity to build data engineering capabilities and contribute to Eaton s mission of making what matters work Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Agile Data engineering projects in supply chain domain Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks and monitor project progress Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity Train mentor and support Scrum teams Assist with roadmapping planning and capacity management Collect track and report Agile and Lean metrics Communicate updates and risks to stakeholders Support cost tracking and resource planning Standards and documentation Accountability Tracking and driving the maturity of the Team s Resources Curate and Publish and Team Resources Ways of Working How Tos References and Standard Work Data Governance Responsibility Tracking and driving the Data Governance maturity journey Tracking Data Assets and Data Products Tracking and pushing the use of Alation Illuminate for documentation of Data Assets and ProductsData Quality Responsibility Tracking and pushing the Data Quality maturity journey Tracking Data Quality management capabilities in place for Data Assets and Products Driving consistency transparency good process and quality checks Data Management Integration Responsibilities Support data and application integration technology Engage in technical discussions and drive architectural decisions Ensure scalable and reusable data products Facilitating the planning of work involved in data management and integration delivery Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure alignment with data strategies Aligning data management delivery work with data governance frameworks Ensuring delivery work adheres to data engineering best practices for Snowflake Qualifications Bachelor s degree Advanced degree in a related field Minimum 10 years of IT experience 7 years in a Scrum Master Dev Manager or Project Manager role Skills Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles Experience with Agile software tools and producing Agile artifacts Good understanding of Project Finance management Strong understanding and hands-on with Jira tool Certification in Agile e g Certified ScrumMaster PMI-ACP Experience in a leadership role within Agile transformation Proven track record of delivering complex projects Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledgeable in data management and integration Experience with cloud platforms and data modeling Proficiency in data visualization and integration tools Strong communication and presentation skills Patience and empathy working with mentees and people new to Agile Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences Effective listening skills with the intention of understanding Experience working with diverse global cultures organizations and teams Ability to influence and drive change at all levels
