Project Supervisor Project Execution Supervision Oversee day-to-day site operations for solar project installation and commissioning Supervise technicians contractors and labor teams to ensure timely and accurate execution Ensure all work complies with project drawings designs and technical specifications Quality Safety Maintain strict quality control throughout installation in line with industry standards Implement and enforce safety protocols for all on-site personnel Conduct routine inspections and resolve on-site technical issues promptly Material Management Coordination Coordinate with the Procurement Logistics Manager to ensure timely availability of materials Manage material issuance and maintain accurate stock records at the site Provide daily updates on work progress site challenges and manpower details to the Project Manager Skills Requirements Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical Mechanical or Civil Engineering 2-5 years of relevant experience Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems inverters mounting structures and cabling Proficiency in site reporting MS Office and basic project documentation Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
