Job Title Associate Lead - Tech L D Skillsets Linux Database cloud Scripting Languages Position Overview We are seeking an Associate Lead for our Technical Training team with expertise in Linux Database cloud Scripting Languages This role involves developing and delivering both in-person and online training programs to enhance the technical skills of our employees The ideal candidate will have a robust background in these technologies and a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing Key Responsibilities Training Program Development Design comprehensive training curricula and materials Develop training content suitable for various learning formats including presentations hands-on labs and assessments Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant content into training programs Training Delivery Conduct engaging in-person and online training sessions for diverse audiences Utilize interactive teaching methods to facilitate effective learning and knowledge retention Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios to enhance practical understanding Participant Support and Evaluation Offer support to trainees by addressing questions and providing additional resources as needed Assess participant progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback and performance metrics Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with the training team to align programs with organizational goals Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Prepare reports on training outcomes and suggest improvements for future sessions Qualifications Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field Minimum of 5 to 7 years of training experience in Linux DB cloud and Scripting Languages Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Golang or similar Previous experience in technical training or teaching is highly desirable Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Location India - Bengaluru Created On 27-Feb-2025
