We are looking for an Accountant in the Dispatch Section to manage accounting and inventory-related tasks for our bakery production house The role involves handling item creation transfer entries barcode generation and ensuring smooth coordination between production dispatch and accounts Responsibilities Create and maintain product and item master records in the accounting Prepare and generate barcodes for all finished goods before dispatch Record stock transfers from production to the dispatch section and ensure accurate posting of entries Monitor daily inventory movement including outward supplies returns and wastage and reconcile the records with physical stock Prepare dispatch-related invoices delivery challans and other supporting documents as required Maintain systematic records of all dispatch operations and generate daily and monthly reports for management review Coordinate closely with production dispatch and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and error-free documentation Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field Solid MS Excel and reporting skills with attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
