About the Company PGS Projects Pvt Ltd is expanding rapidly with ongoing and upcoming large-scale infrastructure and commercial developments We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the entire PGS project operations and manage upcoming projects from planning to completion Job Responsibilities Lead manage and monitor all current PGS project activities end-to-end Oversee planning scheduling budgeting and execution of all project phases Coordinate with contractors vendors architects consultants and internal teams Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings standards and timelines Track project progress and prepare daily weekly monthly reports Manage site supervisors engineers and labor teams for smooth workflow Ensure compliance with safety guidelines government approvals and quality standards Handle procurement of materials and ensure cost-effective project execution Identify project risks and implement corrective actions Plan and manage upcoming PGS projects from concept stage to handover Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and project planning Excellent leadership communication and team-management skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Advantages Opportunity to lead major projects under PGS Stable and long-term career growth Supportive management and work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years of experience do you have in Project Management from planning to completion How do you track daily site progress and ensure deadlines are met Describe your method for ensuring quality control throughout the project Work Location In person
