The Oracle Finance Consultant will work closely with finance to implement and manage Oracle Financials applications This includes understanding business requirements conducting detailed functionality analysis configuring the system and providing ongoing support to optimize financial processes Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for Oracle Financials Configure Oracle Financials modules to meet business needs Conduct system testing and end-user training to ensure smooth implementation Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Financials applications Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes Continuously monitor and optimize system performance Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field Proven experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant or similar role In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials modules such as GL AP AR FA and CM Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Skills Oracle Financials General Ledger GL Accounts Payable AP Accounts Receivable AR Fixed Assets FA Cash Management CM SQL Business Analysis System Configuration Documentation Training and Support Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 450 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
