Location Martino z Pizza Office Job Type Full-Time About Us Martino z Pizza is a fast-growing QSR brand known for quality consistency and excellent customer service We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to manage our financial records admin operations and reporting for company-owned and franchise outlets Key Responsibilities1 Accounting Finance Prepare and maintain P L Profit Loss statements Trial Balance and Balance Sheet Handle daily accounting entries cash flow management and ledger maintenance Manage accounts payable receivable vendor payments and reconciliation Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Review and verify bills purchase entries and expense approvals Monitor inventory-related accounts and report variances 2 GST Taxation Compliance Prepare and support GST filing TDS entries and statutory compliance Coordinate with auditors for monthly and annual audits 3 Administrative Office Operations Handle main admin work related to the office and outlets Maintain documentation agreements franchise records and financial files Coordinate with internal teams suppliers franchisees and management 4 Communication Coordination Strong communication skills to interact with franchise outlets and internal departments Give timely updates to management regarding financial status dues and reports Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant Strong knowledge of P L Trial Balance Balance Sheet GST TDS and reconciliations Proficiency in MS Excel Accounting Software Tally Zoho Busy and Email communication Strong analytical skills attention to detail and accuracy Positive communication and reporting skills Experience in QSR food industry preferred not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
