About Indianeers Media Pvt Ltd Indianeers Media Pvt Ltd is a social enterprise committed to driving positive change through skill development entrepreneurship and livelihood promotion We work with diverse communities across India to empower individuals especially women and youth with the tools training and opportunities to build sustainable futures - Project Coordinator Location Gujarat Salary Range Fresher 10 000 per month Experienced 15 000 per month About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the implementation and monitoring of the Saksham - KVK 2 0 skill development initiatives in Gujarat The role involves coordinating between multiple stakeholders ensuring smooth execution of training programs maintaining compliance with guidelines and driving beneficiary outcomes Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day activities of Saksham Centers at the block taluka village level Assist in mobilization and enrollment of beneficiaries as per target groups youth women marginalized communities etc Monitor training delivery attendance and adherence to scheme guidelines Maintain and update records on the GSDM portal attendance progress placement tracking Support in organizing awareness outreach and counseling sessions Liaise with trainers implementation partners district committees and local authorities Ensure proper documentation reporting and timely submission of data reports Assist in coordination of On-the-Job Training OJT and placement follow-up Ensure branding and compliance with Saksham KVK 2 0 norms during program implementation Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline preferably in Management Social Work Education or related field Good communication skills in Gujarati Hindi and basic English Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online reporting portals Ability to travel locally within Gujarat districts Preferred Skills Experience Prior experience in project coordination training education or government schemes for experienced candidates Knowledge of skill development NSQF GCVT frameworks will be an added advantage Ability to work with diverse beneficiary groups women youth PwDs etc Compensation Benefits Fresher 10 000 month CTC Experienced 15 000 month CTC Travel allowance for field visits as per project norms Chance to grow within Gujarat s flagship skill development initiative Job Type - Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Language Gujarati Preferred Work Location In person
