Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer with over 5 years of experience to design develop and coordinate HVAC systems for commercial industrial and infrastructure projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing load calculations system design equipment selection and supporting project execution from concept to commissioning Key Responsibilities Design HVAC systems including ventilation air conditioning and exhaust systems for various building types Perform heat load calculations and energy modelling using industry-standard tools Select HVAC equipment and prepare technical specifications and BOQs Develop detailed design drawings and coordinate with other disciplines electrical plumbing architectural Review shop drawings vendor submissions and ensure compliance with design intent Support site teams during installation testing and commissioning phases Ensure designs meet applicable codes and standards ASHRAE ISHRAE NBC etc Participate in client meetings and provide technical inputs as required Desired Skills Proficiency in HVAC design software e g HAP TRACE 700 and AutoCAD Revit MEP Valuable understanding of HVAC system types and applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and coordination abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience Required Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design and engineering Experience in commercial institutional or industrial projects is preferred Familiarity with green building standards and energy-efficient design is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Work Location In person
