Role Description This is a part-time role for a Hair Transplant Surgeon at our Aesthetic Dermatology Clinic located in OMR Chennai As a Hair Transplant Surgeon your role will involve performing advanced hair restoration procedures consultations and related aesthetic treatments to help patients regain confidence and achieve natural-looking results Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed consultations for patients with hair loss concerns including medical history review scalp assessment and treatment planning Perform FUE FUT hair transplant procedures with precision and adherence to safety and aesthetic standards Supervise and guide the assisting medical team technicians during surgical procedures Provide expert advice on hair restoration options medications PRP GFC therapy and supportive treatments Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient s needs and expectations Monitor and document patient progress with follow-ups and ongoing care Stay updated with the latest techniques tools and technologies in hair restoration and regenerative therapies Ensure strict adherence to hygiene sterilization and patient safety protocols Upsell cross-sell related aesthetic and dermatology services as per patient needs Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical medical practices Qualifications MCh or MDS Oral Maxillofacial Surgery equivalent medical qualification with specialization in Dermatology Plastic Surgery or Trichology Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performing hair transplant procedures FUE FUT Freshers with training certification in Hair Transplant Surgery may also apply Valid medical license to practice Solid surgical precision hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient-handling skills with an empathetic approach Ability to work effectively within a team environment Job Type Full-time Pay From 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
