We are hiring a dedicated Academic Advisor to guide prospective students in selecting the right academic programs and support them throughout the admission process The role involves student counseling handling inquiries consistent follow-ups and achieving monthly enrollment goals A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants Key Responsibilities Advise prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their academic goals and interests Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by explaining program details benefits and enrollment procedures Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets Engage with students through calls WhatsApp email webinars and virtual sessions Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth conversions Update and record all student interactions and progress accurately in the CRM Collaborate with marketing academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling admissions sales or similar roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively Robust follow-up discipline and a target-driven mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms Mandatory Submission of a short self-introduction video Preferred Skills Ability to build strong rapport with students and parents Persuasive communication and presentation skills Prior experience in EdTech or training institutes is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary Work Location In person
