Job Title Manager - Accounts Location Siliguri Department Finance Accounts Reporting To MD Job Summary The Manager - Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the company s financial health by managing all accounting operations preparing financial reports ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and supporting strategic financial planning This role involves supervision of the accounting team and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial discipline and accuracy Key Responsibilities Accounting Financial Management Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger and Payroll Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly quarterly and annual books of accounts Prepare financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow and MIS reports Taxation Compliance Handle GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory compliance Coordinate with auditors for statutory internal and tax audits Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and payments Budgeting Cost Control Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgeted limits Banking Treasury Management Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions Manage fund flow working capital and cash management activities Team Management Coordination Supervise and train the accounts team to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals System Process Improvement Implement accounting software ERP systems and internal controls Identify process gaps and recommend automation or efficiency improvements Key Skills Competencies Solid knowledge of accounting standards GST TDS and company laws Proficiency in Tally ERP systems and MS Excel Analytical mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively Qualification Experience Education B Com M Com MBA Finance Experience 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance with at least 3-5 years in a managerial supervisory role Benefits Attractive Salary Package Medical Benefits Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
