Experience 4 To 6Years The SAP Emarsys Consultant is responsible for implementing configuring and optimizing SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement solutions to enhance customer experience and support marketing automation initiatives The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders marketing teams and technical teams to integrate Emarsys with SAP Commerce SAP Marketing Cloud or other enterprise systems Key Responsibilities Implement and configure SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement platform for personalized marketing and automation Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to design and execute multi-channel campaigns email SMS push web Manage data integration between SAP Emarsys and other SAP modules e g SAP Commerce Cloud SAP S 4HANA SAP Customer Data Cloud Develop and manage customer journeys segmentation and automation workflows Ensure smooth integration through APIs connectors or SAP Cloud Platform Integration CPI Support data mapping cleansing and synchronization to maintain data quality across systems Monitor campaign performance and generate analytics reports to optimize marketing strategies Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Emarsys solutions Stay updated on SAP CX Customer Experience suite enhancements and Emarsys product updates Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 2 - 4years of experience in SAP Emarsys implementation or support Strong understanding of marketing automation CRM and campaign management concepts Experience with SAP CX stack e g SAP Commerce Cloud SAP Marketing Cloud preferred Hands-on experience with API integration webhooks and data models Proficiency in SQL HTML JavaScript or related technologies for customization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement certification Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing automation Familiarity with data privacy and consent management GDPR CCPA Job Type Full-time Pay 97 000 00 - 99 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Work Location Remote
