devices What we need The software team is seeking a Software Engineer to work within a SoC development team producing customer facing software that enables IC product capabilities The position demands interfacing with IC and firmware designers and collaborating with marketing teams to present the IC products intuitively As part of Renesas s fastest growing product lines you will directly impact customer experience through software that showcases feature rich hardware We re looking for problem-solvers comfortable working across hardware software boundaries multiple languages and platforms What You ll do Develop test and maintain software for customers and internal teams Collaborate with customers application engineers system engineers hardware engineers and firmware engineers Contribute to both existing and new projects using Python Java React JavaFx and Kotlin Required Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Electronics or Electrical Engineering 2 to 4 years of software development experience Strong proficiency in Python and Java Working knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript or React Strong understanding of software architecture design principles behavior-driven development and unit testing Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Effective cross-cultural communication skills ability to work transparently with international teams seek clarification proactively and communicate clearly across functional boundaries Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronics fundamentals microcontroller programming and bus communications Experience with DevOps tools including JIRA Confluence and GitLab Track record of creative problem-solving beyond conventional approaches All qualified applicants will receive
