About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment people engagement and building robust talent pipelines You will support the full recruitment lifecycle and help bring top talent into the organization Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates Source potential candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media referrals and internal databases Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates fit for the role Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status Create and maintain candidate records interview trackers and recruitment reports Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR internships included Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Opportunity to learn and grow in the HR domain Exposure to diverse hiring processes and business functions Supportive team and a collaborative work culture Training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
