BROCUS IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is one of the leading providers of BPO services located in Navi Mumbai We specialize in delivering customized cost-effective solutions to streamline the administrative back-office functions of major companies Leveraging India s vast pool of English-speaking talent our services include SEO Marketing and Support aimed at enhancing business processes and workflow efficiency Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an HR - International BPO The HR Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process employee relations talent management compliance with international regulations and employee engagement initiatives Day-to-day tasks include managing HR policies coordinating with different departments and maintaining an efficient work environment Qualifications Experience in recruitment talent management and employee relations Proficiency in HR policies workforce planning and regulatory compliance Robust communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to manage and lead HR functions in a rapid-paced BPO environment Proven ability to work in an international setting and handle diverse teams Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2-3 years in an International BPO setup Proven track record in bulk recruitment especially for international processes Strong leadership decision-making and team-driving capabilities Ability to work under pressure and stretch as needed to meet hiring goals Proficiency in MS Office HR tools and recruitment platforms Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning Lead high-volume hiring for international voice non-voice processes Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business demands Build sourcing pipelines and manage vendor coordination when needed Ensure TAT and quality of hiring remains consistently high Team Leadership HR Operations Lead train and motivate a team of recruiters and HR executives Monitor and improve team performance through clear KPIs and mentoring Oversee HR operations including onboarding documentation and employee records Employee Engagement Culture Building Design and drive employee engagement programs aligned with international BPO culture Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive work environment Handle grievance redressal with maturity and confidentiality Performance Management Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and feedback process Identify underperformance issues and assist in performance improvement plans Compliance Administration Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR standards Maintain HR MIS audit readiness and statutory documentation Preferred Attributes Hands-on approach with a get-it-done attitude Willingness to work in fast-paced target-driven environments Flexible with work timings if required to align with global operations SALARY RANGE 3 Lacs LPA to 4 Lacs LPA Call HR (phone hidden) or Drop Resume -hr brocussolutions com Job Types Permanent Fresher Pay 10 761 04 - 34 446 11 per month Benefits Life insurance Language English Preferred Work Location In person
