About the Role We are seeking an experienced Chef specializing in authentic Andhra and South Indian cuisine with a strong understanding of traditional recipes regional flavours and modern healthy cooking techniques The ideal candidate will be passionate about preserving the authenticity of Andhra dishes while adapting them to suit health-conscious customers including low-oil low-salt gluten-free and millet-based preparations Key Responsibilities Develop and prepare authentic Andhra and South Indian dishes including staple meals pickles chutneys curries podi varieties snacks sweets and festive menus Innovate and adapt recipes to create health-focused meal options including Low-oil and low-sodium variations Millet-based meals ragi bajra jowar etc Balanced nutrition meal bowls and thali concepts Diabetic-friendly and heart-healthy options Maintain consistency in taste quality and presentation across dishes Create seasonal and festival special menus aligned with Andhra culinary traditions Manage kitchen operations including inventory hygiene food cost control and meal planning Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety standards and maintain proper documentation Train and supervise junior kitchen staff where required Collaborate with management on menu engineering diet planning and customer feedback improvements Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Andhra and broader South Indian cuisine Strong understanding of Traditional preparation methods Spice balancing and homemade masala preparation Knowledge of health and nutrition principles and ingredient substitutions Familiarity with portion control production efficiency and kitchen SOPs Ability to work in a fast-paced quality-driven workplace Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
