We are looking for a detail-oriented proactive and driven Compliance Executive to support and enhance our statutory and regulatory compliance operations The role primarily revolves around managing compliances under Shops Establishment Acts Labour Laws and other related regulations If you have practical experience in handling statutory documentation maintaining registers and coordinating with government departments this position is an excellent fit Key Responsibilities - Manage complete compliance processes under the Shops Establishment Acts Factories Act Labour Laws and other statutory frameworks Oversee registrations renewals amendments and compliance procedures related to labour and establishment regulations Maintain verify and update statutory registers records filings and reports with high accuracy Prepare and submit monthly quarterly and annual statutory returns within prescribed deadlines Coordinate with auditors consultants and labour authorities during inspections audits and compliance reviews Track and monitor all statutory due dates to ensure timely adherence and zero deviations Assist in internal and external compliance audits and ensure closure of observations Stay informed about changes in Labour legislation and incorporate necessary updates within the organization Work closely with HR Operations and other departments to maintain compliance across locations Required Skills Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Commerce HR Law or a related field 1-2 years of practical experience in Labour Law and Shops Establishment compliance Good knowledge of legislations such as CLRA Minimum Wages Act Payment of Wages Act Shops Establishment Act etc Strong proficiency in MS Excel MS Word and basic compliance tools or software Excellent attention to detail along with robust documentation and organizational abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 350 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
