Role Overview The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities ensuring work quality safety compliance and timely project execution The candidate should have strong technical knowledge problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors workers and the project team Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per the project plan Ensure work is carried out as per drawings BOQ quality standards and safety protocols Coordinate with subcontractors labor teams and vendors for smooth workflow Manage site measurements material requirements and stock availability Monitor project progress and update the Project Manager on timelines and issues Prepare daily weekly and monthly site reports Assist in planning scheduling and resolving technical challenges at site Ensure adherence to company policies quality guidelines and safety standards Conduct site inspections and maintain documentation Coordinate with clients consultants during inspections audits and handover stages Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 1-3 years of experience in site execution construction interiors infrastructure preferred Strong understanding of construction drawings technical specifications Good knowledge of materials measurements and site management Ability to supervise teams and manage field operations efficiently Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage Robust communication coordination and problem-solving skills Additional Requirements Willingness to work extended hours based on project demands Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 12 531 76 - 50 790 95 per month Work Location In person
