Job Summary We re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth through strategic sales planning and effective execution The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma sales preferably GMP certified and experience in managing key accounts and generating recent business opportunities Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve business objectives Conduct market research competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts distributors and partners Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships Product Promotion Promote company s products and services to healthcare professionals pharmacists and other stakeholders Conduct product demonstrations presentations and workshops Lead Generation Identify and generate new leads through various channels CPHI industry events networking Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities Sales Forecasting Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management Analyze sales data and identify trends opportunities and challenges Requirements 1 years of experience in pharma sales preferably GMP certified Strong understanding of pharma industry trends regulations and compliance Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts Knowledge of Canva and other marketing softwares Nice to Have Knowledge of sales automation tools Certification in sales or marketing e g Certified Sales Professional Familiarity with pharma industry events and conferences Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Lower Parel Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Pharma 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
