Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales CRM Executive with experience in the solar industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire customer relationship cycle ensuring timely follow-ups maintaining accurate records and strengthening long-term client relationships to support business growth Key Responsibilities Manage and update the CRM system with leads client interactions follow-up schedules and sales progress Conduct regular and timely client follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and conversion of leads into sales Build and maintain strong healthy relationships with clients understanding their solar energy needs and providing tailored solutions Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction Track and analyze lead performance follow-up efficiency and conversion metrics through CRM dashboards and reports Ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly and professionally Support the sales team with documentation proposals quotations and after-sales service updates Maintain high levels of client engagement and retention through consistent communication Candidate Requirements Experience in sales or CRM management preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector Robust communication interpersonal and follow-up skills Ability to build long-term trust-based relationships with clients Proficiency in CRM tools Zoho Salesforce HubSpot or similar Organized self-driven and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Basic technical understanding of solar products and solutions is an advantage Key Skills Client Relationship Management Lead Follow-ups Conversion CRM Software Proficiency Communication Negotiation Time Management Customer Service Orientation Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
