Roles and Responsibilities Business Development Prospecting Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial residential and industrial sectors by leveraging existing construction real estate industry contacts and cold-calling efforts Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with General Contractors Developers Architects Engineers and Property Owners Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients Sales Strategy Create and execute effective territory sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed assigned monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets Technical Understanding Clearly articulate the value proposition of our Specify product service e g structural steel MEP services specialized equipment and translate technical specifications into compelling client solutions Proposal Negotiation Prepare present and negotiate contracts proposals and bids ensuring profitability and alignment with client needs and project timelines Market Intelligence Stay current on industry trends construction legislation competitor activities and market shifts within the construction and real estate sectors Reporting Maintain an organized pipeline accurately forecast sales and document all client interactions and sales activities using the company s CRM system Qualification Experience Minimum of 0-5 years of successful sales experience with a significant portion of that time spent in the Construction Building Materials Engineering or Commercial Real Estate industries Industry Knowledge Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents blueprints and project specifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Construction Management Real Estate or a related field Skills Exceptional negotiation presentation and interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
