executive runnerRole Overview We are seeking an experienced Collection Executive from the jewellery sector to manage the movement of jewellery items for Hallmark seal processing inter-department transfers and external assignments The role demands high integrity accuracy and responsibility due to the handling of precious materials Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end collection and delivery of jewellery items specifically for Hallmark sealing ensuring safety and accuracy during transit Coordinate with the Hallmarking Centre for timely submission tracking and collection of sealed items Maintain proper documentation of items sent and received including quantity weight and description Update production and accounts teams on daily collection status and handover reports Ensure compliance with company protocols for movement of gold diamond and high-value jewellery assets Maintain logs challans entry slips and other required documentation for audit purposes Build and maintain good relationships with Hallmarking centres and vendor partners Assist in internal logistics such as moving jewellery materials between departments production QC finishing packaging Follow safety security and confidentiality standards at all times Required Skills Experience 1-5 years of experience as a collection executive runner logistics assistant in a jewellery manufacturing unit or hallmarking-related operation Robust understanding of Hallmarking processes documentation and industry protocols Ability to handle precious metals items responsibly with high accuracy Basic record-keeping skills and familiarity with challan preparation Good communication and coordination skills Personal Attributes High integrity trustworthiness and reliability mandatory for handling valuable jewellery Responsible disciplined and punctual Ability to work independently and manage multiple collection tasks efficiently Education SSLC HSC Diploma or any equivalent qualification Prior jewellery industry experience is essential How to Apply Interested candidates can contact Manish Babu 78068 08905 Email hr scarlett in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
