We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Telemarketer to contribute to generating sales and leads for our company You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships Key Responsibilities Call existing and potential customers to inform them about products and services Generate leads and convert them into customers Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Handle grievances and escalate to the appropriate departments if needed Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Follow up with interested prospects via phone or email Requirements and Skills Proven experience as telecaller telemarketer or similar sales customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn about products and services and describe explain them to prospects Patience persistence and persuasive attitude High school diploma additional education or sales training is a plus Language proficiency as required e g English regional languages Hindi Kannada Malayalam Telugu will be an added advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
