Job Title Architect We are looking for candidate who can join our expert technical team and ready to grow with us Job description The Architect will be coordinating with the rest of the creative team to develop drawings for our clients Use various software s such as AutoCAD Sketchup 3d max to design and develop the drawings This individual should have a deep passion towards work and always be looking for the latest trends and techniques Job responsibilities Develop scheme drawings based on inputs from the design team Communicate to clients via various sources such as emails WhatsApp and other media Revise scheme drawings based on inputs from clients Work with the creative team to brainstorm designs Develop concept models based on inputs from the design team Prepare realistic 3d design for visualizations Follow up clients for site work progress Visit sites when and where required Requirements Candidate should have a knowledge on AutoCAD Revit Sketchup 3d Max Lumion Enscape D5 Render Cinema 4D VRay Adobe creative cloud Candidate should have the experience in handling Residential and Commercial projects Natural artistic ability and eye for design 3 to 5 years of work experience A solid portfolio of work Ability to work in an office setting all day Reports to Senior Management Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience Sketchup 3 years Required AutoCAD 3 years Required Adobe Photoshop 3 years Required Work Location In person
