Job Title Billing Engineer - Residential Interior Projects Location Shivaji enclave Rajouri Garden Delhi Department Project Accounts Experience Required 3-7 years in Residential Interior or Fit-out Projects Job Summary The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing verifying and maintaining accurate project billing BOQ s and cost records for residential interior projects The role requires close coordination with site engineers project managers vendors and clients to ensure timely and accurate billing and certification of work done Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify Client Bills and Subcontractor Vendor Billsbased on site progress and drawings Cross-check quantities from GFC drawings site measurements and BOQ Maintain work progress and cost tracking reportsfor each project Coordinate with site teams for measurement verificationand documentation Review and update variation orders additional work claims and rate analysis Prepare and maintain monthly project billing summaries and reconciliation reports Verify purchase orders work orders and related billing documentation Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for certification and payments Support project management in budget monitoring cost control and cash flow forecasting Maintain records of as-built drawings material consumption and quantity verification sheets Liaise with the Accounts Department for invoice generation and final billing Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Interior Project Billing BOQ preparation and quantity estimation Proficient in AutoCAD MS Excel and MS Office Familiarity with rate analysis cost control and project documentation Excellent analytical and coordination skills Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings Detail-oriented with solid numerical accuracy Qualification B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering Interior Engineering or equivalent Preferred Industry Background Residential Interiors Modular Furniture Turnkey Fit-out Projects or Architecture Firms Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
