Job Summary The Senior SMSF Accountant is responsible for managing Self-Managed Superannuation Fund SMSF compliance auditing and reporting for clients The role involves reviewing fund performance ensuring regulatory compliance and guiding junior team members Key Responsibilities Prepare review and lodge SMSF annual returns Ensure compliance with SIS Act ATO SMSF guidelines and superannuation rules Manage pension phase contribution caps LRBA compliance and in-house asset rules Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior SMSF accountants Liaise with auditors clients and regulatory authorities Maintain fund records trustee minutes and investment documentation Key Competencies Strong knowledge of SMSF laws and regulations Analytical and detail oriented Leadership and mentoring skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients Proficiency in SMSF software Class Super BGL Xero and Excel Qualifications B com M com CA CPA or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in SMSF accounting and compliance Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
