JOB TITLE Visual Graphic Designer Animator POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Visual Graphic Designer Animator with exceptional skills in illustration animation and mascot character design to bring bold imaginative concepts to life across multiple Web3 brands You ll collaborate closely with MCA s core team and clients to craft bold cohesive visual identities that resonate across social media marketing campaigns and community-driven platforms POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Design digital assets including social media graphics illustrations infographics animations and web banners Produce short-form animations GIFs and motion content that enhance storytelling and engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals for campaigns pitch decks Web3 community activations and branded merchandise Develop brand-consistent templates and visual systems for digital and print across centralized and decentralized platforms Maintain organized files proper version control and timely delivery of all creative outputs Translate abstract concepts technical Web3 ideas and creative briefs into visually engaging and on-brand content Contribute to building a strong visual identity that stands out in the Web3 ecosystem Conceptualize and create original brand mascots or character s that reflect the MCA s clients mission values and resonate with Web3-native audiences Leverage AI tools to support the creative process optimize workflows and generate innovative digital and animated content QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS Bachelor s degree in marketing multimedia arts or related field is required Experience and knowledge in using AI tools to make design workflows more efficient and to create innovative digital and animated content 3-5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Web3 ecosystem Robust portfolio showcasing mascot character design graphics illustration videos and animated content Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex technical or abstract Web3 concepts into accessible and engaging visuals Solid understanding of Web3 culture aesthetics and community dynamics Excellent communication and time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and creativity Experience in UI animations social media content or ad creatives COMPENSATION Competitive salary range based on experience Base salary paid bi-weekly Mid-year performance evals bonuses and lucrative BD bonuses available for all employees Annual company profit sharing and year-end discretionary bonuses Annual or biennial company retreat in a foreign country location Ability to invest in our clients in exclusive private or pre-seed rounds before they go public LOCATION WORK SETUP This is a fully remote position requiring you to work on an EST schedule 9 00 AM - 5 00 PM EST Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question s Are you willing to undergo background check in accordance with the local law regulations Required This is a fully remote position Are you willing to work on an EST schedule 9 00 AM - 5 00 PM EST Do you have any Web3 experience if so please share it below What is your expected Annual salary Required Education Bachelor s Required
