Double T Infrastructure LLP We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction operations at our project site in Anna Nagar Chennai The candidate will oversee site execution coordinate with contractors ensure quality control maintain safety standards and ensure that the project progresses as per schedule Key Responsibilities 1 Site Execution Supervision Oversee daily on-site construction activities Ensure work is carried out as per drawings technical specifications and project plans Coordinate with civil workers supervisors and contractors Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks 2 Quality Control Inspect workmanship and materials regularly Conduct quality checks on concrete steel shuttering masonry finishing etc Ensure compliance with IS codes and construction standards 3 Project Coordination Work closely with architects structural consultants and project managers Resolve technical issues at site Maintain daily site reports DPR and work logs 4 Safety Compliance Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers Report hazards or deviations immediately 5 Material Resource Management Monitor material usage and prevent wastage Coordinate for timely delivery of construction materials Track inventory and maintain material records 6 Documentation Reporting Prepare daily weekly progress reports Assist in preparing BOQ measurements and billing documentation Maintain site records checklists and inspection reports Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering 2-8 years of site experience in residential or commercial projects Solid knowledge of construction drawings and structural details Ability to manage labour teams and contractors Good communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD added advantage Work Conditions Location Anna Nagar Chennai Work Type Full-time Site-based Working Hours 9 AM to 6 PM may require flexibility based on project stage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Education Diploma Preferred Experience Civil engineering 1 year Preferred Construction 1 year Preferred civil site engineer 1 year Preferred civil site supervisor 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 10 12 2025 Expected Start Date 10 12 2025
