Job Title AutoCAD Electrical Draftsman Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Electrical Draftsman to join our engineering team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying electrical drawings wiring diagrams panel layouts and schematics for various electrical systems using AutoCAD Electrical The role involves close coordination with electrical engineers and project teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of all designs Key Responsibilities Prepare electrical drawings schematics and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical Draft single-line diagrams SLDs load schedules cable tray layouts lighting layouts and panel board layouts as per project requirements Interpret input from engineers including rough sketches specifications and verbal instructions to create detailed technical drawings Update and revise drawings based on engineer and client feedback Assist in developing BOQs Bill of Quantities and as-built drawings Maintain and organize CAD drawing files document control and drawing revisions Coordinate with other disciplines civil mechanical etc to ensure integration and compatibility of designs Support engineers with design calculations basic documentation and site coordination as needed Requirements Education ITI Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Drafting relevant certifications in AutoCAD Electrical Experience 1-3 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman preferably in construction MEP or industrial projects Software Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical knowledge of Revit MEP Dialux or similar tools is a plus Robust knowledge of electrical symbols standards IEC NEC and drafting practices Ability to read and understand electrical specifications and drawings High attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in MEP contracting firms or consultancy Familiarity with LV MV electrical systems fire alarm CCTV BMS and ELV systems Understanding of local electrical codes and safety standards Work Environment Based in the office with occasional site visits May require working overtime to meet project deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience AutoCAD 1 year Required Work Location Remote Expected Start Date 08 08 2025
