We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage update and maintain accurate records The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data into our systems verifying accuracy and ensuring all information is properly organized in Excel spreadsheets and databases Key Responsibilities Enter update and maintain accurate data in company databases and Excel sheets Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make corrections Compile verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities Maintain records of activities and tasks Create format and update Excel reports for management as required Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies Assist in preparing summaries charts and reports using Excel tools Retrieve data from databases or electronic files when requested Perform regular backups to secure data Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
