apply anyway We re focused on hiring the right people not just the right resume It s not about what you ve done elsewhere it s all about what you re capable of doing here The Work You ll Do As a Recruiter at Sovos you ll be a key partner in building our global team of talented professionals who are revolutionizing tax compliance technology In this quick-paced dynamic role you ll manage full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top talent across our growing software organization You ll work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders across different time zones and geographies to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates who will help drive our mission forward More specifically you will Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition through offer acceptance ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across global teams to understand role requirements team dynamics and organizational fit providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards professional networks social media and proactive outreach to build strong talent pipelines Screen candidates effectively by conducting thorough phone and video interviews to assess qualifications technical skills and alignment with Sovos values Coordinate and facilitate interview processes providing timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring teams while managing multiple open positions simultaneously Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems ATS to maintain accurate records track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation requirements Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across regions demonstrating professionalism and influencing hiring decisions with data-driven insights Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs in our evolving global organization maintaining flexibility and composure in a fast-paced environment Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different time zones to support our global operations and ensure seamless coordination What We Need From You 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a software or technology environment Fluent English communication skills written and verbal with the ability to effectively engage candidates hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels across global teams Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms Demonstrated ability to source screen and assess candidates using various recruiting methods and channels Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders Professional presence and polish when interacting with senior leadership and representing the organization to candidates Interest in or experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced constantly evolving environments while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines Comfort working across different time zones to support our global operations and collaborate with international teams Ability to work onsite from our India office 2-3 days per week with flexibility to work remotely on other days Due to client contractual obligations the successful candidate will be asked to explicit a background check upon hire What Does Sovos Offer You The tools to enhance your life -
