Job Title Outbound Packages Executive Experience 1 to 3 Years Location Remote Industry Travel Tourism Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Outbound Packages Executive to manage and sell international tour packages The ideal candidate should have solid destination knowledge experience in itinerary planning and excellent communication skills to handle client queries and close bookings effectively Key Responsibilities Design and customize international travel packages based on client needs Handle end-to-end coordination of outbound travel bookings flights hotels sightseeing transfers visas Manage customer inquiries via phone email and social media Convert leads into confirmed bookings through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication Coordinate with DMCs Destination Management Companies suppliers and partners for costings and bookings Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations with competitive pricing Ensure proper documentation and visa assistance where required Maintain records of bookings payments and client preferences Provide after-sales support and resolve any travel-related issues Requirements Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality Business or related field 1-3 years of experience in outbound tour operations or holiday package sales Strong knowledge of popular international destinations Dubai Europe Bali Thailand etc Good negotiation skills and experience working with DMCs and vendors Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related tools platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Preferred Skills Familiarity with online booking portals e g Travel Boutique GTA Hotelbed Experience in itinerary creation tools or CRM systems Knowledge of visa processes for popular outbound destinations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work from home Work Location Remote
