Senior Interior Designer - Sales Focus We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong sales acumen to join our growing team This role blends high-level design skills with business development client engagement and project leadership The ideal candidate will not only craft stunning interiors but also drive revenue growth through client acquisition upselling and strategic partnerships Key Responsibilities Lead high-end residential and or commercial interior design projects from concept to completion Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Prepare design presentations mood boards materials selections and space plans Translate client briefs into creative and functional design concepts Collaborate with vendors contractors and internal teams to ensure successful project execution Contribute to sales goals by identifying upselling opportunities and closing new business Attend networking events showroom visits and client meetings to promote services Prepare proposals quotes and budgets for prospective projects Stay updated on industry trends materials and innovations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Interior Design or a related field 5 years of experience in interior design with at least 2 years in a senior or client-facing role Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and project types Proven ability to generate leads close deals and exceed sales targets Exceptional communication and presentation skills Proficiency in design software AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Adobe Creative Suite etc Knowledge of sourcing procurement and vendor management Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury or high-end interior design Existing network of real estate agents developers or contractors Background in retail design sales or showroom environments What We Offer Competitive base salary commission bonuses based on sales performance Career development opportunities Collaborative and creative work environment Contact - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
