Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team The role requires someone with strong abilities in monitoring managing and coordinating HR processes ensuring compliance employee satisfaction and smooth business operations Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle job postings screening interviews offers Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees Employee Monitoring Engagement Maintain attendance leave records and ensure compliance with policies Monitor employee performance and provide support in performance reviews Address employee concerns and maintain a healthy workplace environment HR Operations Compliance Oversee payroll inputs statutory compliances PF PT ESI etc Draft and maintain HR policies contracts and employee records Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards Training Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs Monitor training effectiveness and track employee progress Monitoring Managing HR Functions Track KPIs productivity and workforce performance Monitor adherence to company rules policies and disciplinary actions Support management in workforce planning and decision-making Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Management or related field 2-5 years of HR experience for HR Manager 5 years preferred Strong knowledge of HR policies labor laws and statutory compliances Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to monitor analyze and manage HR processes effectively Problem-solving mindset with a high level of confidentiality and integrity Proficiency in MS Office HRMS tools and reporting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Experience HR sourcing 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
