Product Entrepreneur-In-Residence Product Remote Full Time At Nuclei we power banking telco clients to launch up-to-date retail ecosystems unified marketplaces embedded services merchant loyalty networks We re hiring an EIR - Product who will help us shape and scale our Retail Ecosystem offerings as well as lead product strategy execution and partnerships working at the intersection of fintech consumer flows and merchant infrastructure What you ll do Own roadmap strategy for Retail Ecosystem products marketplace merchant services loyalty offer flows Lead product conception market competitor research user journeys prototypes specs Prioritize and deliver features in an agile fashion while keeping the long-term vision in view Collaborate with engineering design data operations to build test launch Manage launches GTM partner coordination stakeholder alignment Dive deep into tech understand APIs integrations data flows bottlenecks RCA Track product metrics adoption transactions retention revenue iterate Spot trends and opportunities anticipate risks in fintech retail payments You should have 5-8 years in product with significant fintech payments marketplace exposure Experience across mobile or digital consumer apps Strong technical grasp backend APIs integrations data systems Excellent stakeholder management communication skills Analytical mindset metrics orientation Previous exposure to building merchant networks loyalty offers and embedded finance is a plus
